CORN FRITTERS
1 ½ C flour
1 t salt
½ t pepper
2 t baking powder
½ C milk
2 T melted butter
2 beaten eggs
1 C or more canned corn niblets, drained, I use most of the
can
Combine the dry, mix together the wet and combine. Fold in
corn
Deep fry by spoonfuls and have with butter and raspberry jam |
