–10 SPUDS –CUT INTO 6 WEDGES
IN A 9 X 13 PAN, MIX UP 1 CUP WATER, ½ CUP LEMON JUICE, 1/3
CUP OLIVE OIL, 3 GARLIC CLOVES, MINCED, 2 TEASP COARSE SALT
, GROUND PEPPER AND OREGANO OR ROSEMARY OR COMBO, WHISK IT
UP TOSS THE POTATOES AND BAKE AT 325 FOR 2 HOURS
HORSERADISH LEMON NEW POTATOES
¼ c melted butter
S & P
2 T each horseradish and lemon juice
1 ½ lbs small new red potatoes
If the potatoes are larger cut in half, Mix all but
potatoes, toss to coat , cover and bake about 1 hr, if you
like some crispy then uncover in the last part – 350F
PARMESAN POTATOES
Saute 1 finely chopped onion in butter
Lube a 9 x 13 or other oven dish. Thinly slice potato rounds
4-6 potatoes - and arrange in a single layer. Pour onion and
enough melted butter to coat. Bake at 500F for 20 min.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with grated parmesan. Bake
another 5 min. |
